RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase from Castañer, nonetheless if your order has not met your expectations, we will gladly issue a refund for full-price items, for the value of merchandise returned, within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
In order to ensure the quality of our product, the returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. It must include the original shoebox in its original condition. Castañer reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
Castañer will also reserve the right to refuse any return whose order has not been placed in Florida E-Commerce platform or purchased directly in our physical store at Aventura Mall.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send us the photographic references to the following email customerservice@castanerfl.com so we can further assist you.
Items marked on Sale are not eligible for return regardless of fit.
To request an exchange, please reach out to us at customerservice@castanerfl.com for further assistance. Returned items must be sent back using the pre-paid return label within seven (7) days of request.

PRE-PAID RETURNS
A pre-paid shipping label is included in all online orders shipped within the U.S. Please cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package.
Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office. You can also visit www.usps.com/pickup to arrange for a free pick-up. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
NON-PREPAID RETURNS
If your online order arrived without a prepaid label please contact us at customerservice@castanerfl.com. We will proceed to send you a return label through e-mail.
